CTC Automotive avails to its customers a comprehensive setup for services that are delivered by well and highly qualified engineers & technical supporting staff who had undergone special qualifying Service Training from our main principles. Their technical know-how and efficiency are continuously being monitored and upgraded by Suppliers Technical Specialists.

CTC Automotive has prepared and provided Mobile Workshops - with communication systems to respond to any emergent calls from any part of the country within the same day.

CTC Automotive operates extensive Spare Parts stores & warehouses in a number of major cities in Sudan complementing an extensive sub-dealers network that have been appointed in several towns & cities where clusters of vehicles are operating.

Technical Support

Throughout the last 2 decades CTC Group has gained and accumulated a wide scope of technical experiences which in its current activities are readily being delivered and transferred to customers and its operating personnel in the form of:

  • Literature and Instruction Manuals in both Arabic & English language.
  • Initial Training for Operators & Maintenance Staff.
  • Follow-up by refreshing training and updating Knowledge Transfer.
  • Continuous interaction between CTC Automotive and its customers to insure customer satisfaction.
  • Avail to customers any special tools or diagnostic machines which are not handy for them to acquire.
